Port McNeill, BC View Map
Number of Sites: 1

Our riverfront property over an acre offers a serene getaway for anyone looking to visit Northern Vancouver Island. It sits beside a trail that leads you down into a beautiful West Coast forest with rare and impressive old-growth trees. At the riverfront, we have a large open area with a fire pit, sauna, and view of the Nimpkish River. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the peacefulness of Northern Vancouver Island. It's also a great spot to jump in the river or unwind in the sauna (additional cost). The location is an ideal base camp for anyone looking to explore Northern Vancouver Island and the surrounding region. It's a 20min drive to Telegraph Cove (launching point to access the ocean and marine wildlife) and 8 min drive to Port McNeill, where you will find all the basic amenities as well as ferries to visit nearby islands (i.e Sointula and Alert Bay). On-site potable well water is available. All campers must be fully sustainable and independent. Please note, the site is located down an embankment on a nature trail so some walking involved. Please book via Campertunity to ensure you are protected by the Terms of Use. Bookings will only be accepted via the website. Thanks.
