2021 Camping Appreciation Weekend

Mark the weekend of September 10-12, 2021 on your calendar, as Canadian campgrounds coast-to-coast participate in the 2021 Canadian Camping Appreciation Weekend.

Camping is an affordable family activity that promotes a sense of community, creates life-long memories and encourages Canadians and International visitors to discover Canada’s rich landscape and engage with nature.

The Camping Appreciation Weekend is a national initiative coordinated by the Canadian Camping and RV Council to say thank you for your patronage over the summer. So we encourage people to come out and celebrate the camping and RVing lifestyle!

Care Camps CharityCampers can access a special weekend stay offer of two-nights, get the third night at 50% off.  Half of the third night’s revenue will be donated to Care Camps to help kids with cancer go to camp to find hope and healing in the outdoors.

To ensure you can get the campground of your choice, reservations must be made in advance directly with the individual properties listed. Please note campsite availability is limited and on a first come first served basis.

It’s always a great day to #CampinBC

Reservations are recommended to stay at the participating British Columbia Campgrounds on the map below – Many of these RV Parks also participate in the Canadian RVing and Camping Week next happening May 24 – 29, 2022.
