Tropical Cone S’Mores

Recipe is for 6 Cone S’Mores.

Ingredients

6 Waffle Cones, (not Ice-cream or sugar cones)

1/4 c. Crushed pineapple, drained and strained well

6 strawberries, finely diced

1 1/4 c. mini marshmallows

1 cup Nestle chocolate Chips

1 Banana chopped small

Instructions

Your Cones can be cooked over coals or a barbecue. Whichever method you choose, keep rolling otherwise they will burn. Once you have chosen your cooking method, that is when you prepare cones, do not let them sit as moisture will make your cones soggy.

In a bowl mix all ingredients, spoon mixture into cones and wrap with tin foil. Use approximately 12 pieces of foil folded diagonally like an envelope to hold mixture inside top of cone. Continue by folding edges over and roll, twist the bottom to secure.

Cook for approximately 5 – 6 minutes.
