Beatton Provincial Park, located on the shores of Charlie Lake, is a popular summer recreation destination for swimming, fishing and hiking and also offers excellent winter recreation opportunities with over 12 km of groomed cross-country ski trails designed for novice, intermediate and advancing skiing as well as snowshoeing trails. Visitors have a good chance of seeing deer or moose which frequent the park during the winter. Wildlife viewing, swimming, hiking, picnicking, mounting biking trails and Walleye and Northern Pike fishing are popular. There is a group day-use/picnic area, baseball diamond, and a playground.
