One of the few sites on the east side of the lake and it has a long access road. It is easy to launch a small or boat or canoe, and explore the many bays and beaches. This site is not suitable for large trailers and motorhomes. Nearby Loveland Bay used to be a lake (before the dams were constructed), and the old logging camp site is now at the bottom of Campbell Lake.
