The Carnes Creek campground is a large and very popular campground sitting on the shores of Lake Revelstoke. The Recreation site is made up of two sites. The southern site (36 km from the Trans Canada on Highway 23) contains 27 sites and a small day-use area and a boat launch. The northern site (another 3 km north) contains 16 sites.
