Cedar Lake is a small popular site for beach activities just out of Golden. It has a sandy beach and a swimming float. It is a convenient staging spot for those mountain biking on the Moonraker trails. Recent upgrades include an enlarged day use area and 10 improved campsites. A $12 fee is charged for overnight camping. No camping is permitted in the day use area.
