This semi-remote site is very popular for the serious camper. The semi-open environment offers recently upgraded facilities, a gravel boat launch and serenity. The site is easily accessible by 2 wheel drive vehicles.

Directions
Travel 9 km west of Prince George from the hwy 97/16 junction – turn left on to the Blackwater Rd – proceed 21 km and turn right on to the Pelican FSR. At 64.1 km turn right (Tagai Rd), turn right again at 1 km to enter the site (1 km in). Alternatively this site can be accessed from the Bobtail FSR, 35 minutes west of PG, turn off the hwy (left) and travel 20 km, then turn left onto the Blackwater Road (travel 30 km), this will connect you to the Pelican FSR at 35.5 km.Photos
