This 1.4km hiking trail provides a short uphill hike leading to a summit with four viewpoints providing 360 degree views of the surrounding lakes, rivers, forests and wetlands. This short hike is deceiving because the trail has a steep grade route and hikers should be in good physical condition. The hike is suitable for families but time and care need to be taken. The route explores the exposed mountainous column of basalt from the bottom to the top of Teapot Mountain. On the trail the basalt rocks are visible everywhere.
