Found in an arid and rocky landscape, the recreation site is located next to the Yalakom River. The site is RV accessible but is more suitable for truck campers, small motorhomes and moderately sized trailers. It is popular for camping, hunters and exploring the local area or just a overnight stop while travelling the back country between Lillooet and Goldbridge. During high water times this site may be prone to flooding, so caution is advised.

Directions
Located northwest of Lillooet, access is via Hwy 40 to the Yalakom River Forest Service Road located on the right side of the road. Then only a short 10 minute drive to the campsite .
